Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through englishgarden.com.au, operated by The English Garden Company Pty Ltd (ABN 70 675 894 158). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. As the majority of our range is made to order in England, images and descriptions are provided as an accurate representation of the finished item, though minor variations in finish, colour, or material may occur due to the handcrafted nature of production.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; the price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and Deposits

A 50% deposit is required on all orders to secure production, with the balance payable prior to delivery or collection. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced, except as required by law.

4. Lead Times

Current lead times are approximately 12–14 weeks from order confirmation, unless the item is otherwise noted as in stock. Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing and shipping delays.

5. Delivery and Collection

Local delivery is available free of charge within 25km of Bowral, NSW. Beyond this radius, collection from Bowral is required. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

6. Cancellations and Returns

As the majority of our products are made to order, cancellations cannot generally be accepted once production has commenced. Where a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us to arrange a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Structural Guarantee

Applicable products are covered by a 25-year structural guarantee against manufacturing defect under normal use. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear, including natural weathering of untreated materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, or a refund of the purchase price.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, descriptions, and design, remains the property of The English Garden Company Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
